Although all process and quality improvement, quality control and performance management plans have some of the same features, it is the individual firm understanding of how to tackle the process within the client's organization that will set it apart.
Process Delivery
Some key delivery steps are:
- The delivery framework consists of basic phases: risk planning, identification, analysis, controls and success factors and metrics. Each phase is outlined within our project plan during the kick-off and communication period and for each task order as required. Our sigma six staff use process and support by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and other project management based standards.
- Determine the most appropriate model for the project, taking into account whether the model should be centralized or decentralized.
- Collection of performance data through tracking information, results, surveys and supplier questionnaires.
